If you do not show to your appointment, the entire cost of the service will be charged to the card on file. This fee can not be put towards a future service or products.
Multiple “no shows” in any 12 month period will result in termination from the spa.

Knowingly receiving any of the listed items here:
Botox / filler / threads / laser or any invasive procedure (including sunburns) prior to your appointment will result in being charged the full amount of your procedure. You may not apply your appointment cost / payment towards another treatment or products. Your appointment will be cancelled, and you must rebook.
If you need to know an appropriate time frame between one of these procedures and booking an appointment with us, please speak to one of our estheticians.

Glow Getter reserves the right to charge 50% of the service for any appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment time.
